Ron Woznow has 35 years of Executive and Board experience with both publicly listed and privately held corporations and charitable foundations. He has carried out major management consulting assignments around the world and has held appointments as an adjunct professor at the University of Toronto (Environmental Sciences), University of British Columbia (Forestry) and the University of Guelph (College of Management and Economics). Since 2012, Ron has been actively involved as a member, founder or Board President of nine Powell River community service organizations.

Ron was a regular visitor to Powell River twenty years prior to becoming a full-time resident in 2012. A leader and an innovator throughout his entire career, Ron considers his success in the private sector, public sector and non-profit sector to be equally as important as his lifelong dedication to community service. Ron has three daughters and four grandchildren and is an avid fisherman.
