In Camera Release of Information

In camera meetings are meetings that are closed to the public because the content of the issues being discussed are related to the circumstances set out in Section 90 of the Community Charter. Those circumstances are related to issues of someone's personal information, law enforcement and other legal matters, negotiations, security, or risks to the interests of the City.

When the information is determined to be no longer sensitive, the Council decision and its supporting reports are released to the public. Some reports may include redacted sections in accordance with the BC Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
