Earl was born and raised in Toronto to immigrant parents. He has been a BC resident since 2003 and moved to Powell River in 2020. He and his wife, Charlotte, a Max Cameron grad, have 3 young children.

He has a 20 year professional career in sales, leadership and customer service working with small and medium-sized business owners. He has done many years of door-to-door sales and worked in Digital Marketing, Commercial Floor Cleaning, Business Advising and most recently as a manager at Staples.

Earl has loved sports all his life, both as a participant and administrator. Since moving to Powell River, he has been active with the Powell River Slo-Pitch league, involved with the Powell River Minor Baseball Association and you might see him on the ice reffing hockey games at the Complex.
