Hard copies of Business Licence Applications can be submitted at City Hall during our office hours.

Electronic copies of Business Licence Applications can also be submitted to us via email.

When submitting applications, please ensure that the application and necessary attachments are complete to avoid delays in processing your application.

Home-Based Businesses

Home based businesses are a special category regulated by the Zoning Bylaw and require a Business Licence. A home based business, such as a child care centre, is meant to be a smaller business venture that does not operate at such a capacity as to require a commercial premises.
