What is MyCity?

MyCity allows homeowners, residents and businesses to access information about their property taxes, business licenses, dog licenses and commercial water accounts.

Current and past bills
Account balances and payment history
Changing your bill delivery method
Property assessments and tax levies

eBilling

The City offers electronic billing (eBilling) for fast, paperless access to your notices.

Sign up for eBilling to receive your notices by email. This allows you to receive notices as soon as they are generated, saving time and improving efficiency. It also reduces the City’s use of paper, staff time spent processing notices, and postage costs, resulting in a more efficient use of your tax dollars.

After you sign up for eBilling, you will no longer receive notices by mail. Notices will be delivered to your inbox as soon as they’re available — no waiting!

To sign up:

Create or login to MyCity
When you register or access your account, check yes to “Subscribe for eBilling”
Confirm your details and account preferences in the confirmation email

eBilling does not affect how you receive your property assessment from BC Assessment.
